In 2026 we formally took over as the exclusive Puerto Rico distributor of La Aurora Cigars — the Dominican Republic's first cigar factory, founded in 1903 — for all of Puerto Rico.

Don Eduardo León Jimenes rolled the first La Aurora cigar in Santiago de los Caballeros over 120 years ago. Five generations later, the León family still leads the house: Guillermo, Fernando, and the master rollers of La Aurora S.A.

1950s. JFC Tobacco puts down roots in Puerto Rico
JFC Tobacco Corp. has been distributing premium tobacco in Puerto Rico for over seventy years — smoke shops, hotels, cigar bars, gas stations, groceries, duty-free and lounges. Along the way we developed our own house brands — 965 and Hoja Boricua — alongside distributed lines like Casa de Sueños and Omar Ortez.
